Creation of construction documents — all necessary plans, elevations, details, sections, schedules, and notes — coordinated with consultants.

Bidding
Walk-throughs with bidders, coordination, and analysis of bids.

Construction Administration
On-site job meetings, observation of the contractor's work, and final punch list.

Interior Design
Research, presentations, and development of specifications and spreadsheets for all built-in materials, with purchasing, tracking, delivery coordination, and inventory.

Interior Decorating
Research, presentations, and development of specifications for furniture, window treatments, and all freestanding materials, with purchasing, tracking, delivery coordination, and inventory.
