TOWN HOMES

A full townhouse remodel and restoration; from inside and out. This is the corner piece structure of four town homes built by Mr. Rupert for his four children just before 1900. Often referred to as ?The Wisteria House? by members of the local community for the beautiful wisteria vines covering a large majority of the southern façade. Our work included full restoration of all exterior brownstone and a full redesign of the rear yard, garage and garden areas.

The cellar was converted into a movie and billiard room and also included a wine cellar, cedar closets, laundry room and central vacuum system. The ground floor was re-planned with a breakfast room, dining room/den and fully up-to-date chef?s kitchen. Bathrooms and closets were totally redesigned, updated and reconfigured and/or added on most other floors. Central air conditioning was also a large part of this project. All lighting and interior design finishes were chosen by Archetype. Our involvement also included staging and layout of all furniture as the client intends to resell this property.
